Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets with wiping rags at 100 ppm.
Quats dispenser at 3 compartment sink at 200 ppm
All cold holding units < 4 C
Freezers were - 18 C or colder
Hot holding was > 60 C
Temperature logs available and up to date.
Pest control in place. Ensure sticky traps are regularly changed.
