Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing sinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All coolers operates at or below 4 degrees C. All freezers operates at or below -18 degrees C. Thermometers available in each of coolers/freezers. Bleach sanitizer available at 100 ppm as per test strip. High temperature dishwasher sanitizing cycle measured at 73 degrees C at the plate level. Ice machine is in sanitary condition. Deli slicer is in sanitary condition. General food storage practice is adequate. General sanitation is excellent. No sign of recent pest activity was observed at this time. Public access washroom is in sanitary condition. Note: * Single use cups/take-out boxes only at the moment due to COVID 19. ** Ensure ice is used for storing coffee stirrers. *** Please contact district health inspector for any questions or concerns.
