Liquid soap and paper towels were available at one of the double compartment sink.
A refrigeration unit was at or below 4 degrees C (0.8 degrees C).
Freezer components of both refrigeration units had satisfactory temperatures.
Facility was in a clean condition at the time of inspection.
Note: One refrigeration unit was locked at the time of inspection. Please obtain the key for it so that it can be inspected during the follow up inspection.
Note: Ensure groups clean up and sanitize surfaces after each operation (e.g. with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer - 1/2 teaspoon unscented bleach per L of water).
