Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Discussed manual dishwashing procedures with staff. Staff indicated dishware are washed, rinsed, sanitized, rinsed, then air dried.
Corrective Action(s): Follow proper dishwashing procedures:
1) wash in soapy water
2) rinse in clean water
3) soak in sanitizer for 2 minutes
4) air dry
*Do not rinse after sanitizing

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Handwashing station at back kitchen is blocked, again, this time with a donair machine.
2. Paper towel is missing in dispenser at handwashing station at back
Corrective Action(s): 1. This has been noted for the third consecutive routine inspection. Violation ticket will be issued. Mahcine moved to another location after request.

Observation: None of the staff (2) on duty is foodsafe certified.
Corrective Action(s): At least one staff on duty must be foodsafe certified. This has been noted in previous inspection. Failure to comply may result in further enforcement action.

Some sauces (ie.garlic and tzaziki) are made in operator's another location in Surrey. Will find out which location and if that facility has the capacity to do such amount.
