Routine: General sanitation of premises is satisfactory Hot and cold running water is available. Liquid soap and paper towel present at the handsink New high temperature dishwasher has been installed. Final rinse cycle was 76 C as measured with peak holding thermometer. Discussed monitoring of dishwasher temperature with Caretaker. Walk-in cooler was at 4 C Upright freezer was at -17 C Bleach present for sanitizing. No signs of pest activity present at the time of the inspection.
