Routine inspection: Note: waxing, manicure/pedicure, and eyebrow/eyelash tinting services still not offered. Laser hair removal: Hand sink installed in treatment room. Liquid soap and paper towels provided. Laser warning sign posted on door (Nd: Yag 1064nm). Cart for microdermabrasion machine which is reflective is removed from the treatment room when laser hair removal services are being offered. Hand pieces disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol after use. Protective eyewear in the form of opaque metallic goggles provided to clients. Gauze used to line goggles single use. ***Operator to purchase a new within expiry date PREempt CS20 solution prior to laser hair removal service later in the day.*** Laser machine equipped with an emergency on/off button and is foot pedal operated. Treatment bed paper liner singe use. Shaver disinfected with clippercide solution. Hair: King Research barbicide solution available for use at hair stations. o-phenol clipper spray also available for use. Hair wash stations equipped with backflow prevention devices. Laundry services done onsite. Microdermabrasion: Sand is discarded after use. Tips wiped down with 70% isopropyl alcohol after use.
