Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) No sanitizer solution (Bleach) was made during the inspection.
2) Towels, knives and cutting boards were not sanitized after use.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Bleach solution was prepared by staff (1 cup or 1 Tablespoon in 1 gallon of water).
2) Soak towels in sanitizer bucket with 100ppm bleach solution. Wash, rinse and sanitize all food prep equipment in 100 ppm bleach solution using the 3-compartment sink. This was done during inspection.

Observation: Computer parts were stored in far corner of back storage area behind packaged foods. Dust have accumulated on them.
Corrective action(s): Remove all stored items not required for food operation from food premises as they can contribute to harborage of pests.

Comments:
-Walk-in cooler: 4C.
-Front display cooler: 2.4C.
-back display cooler: 1C.
-Glass door freezer measured at -13.6C (door open). Ensure temperature reaches -18C when door is closed.
-Small chest freezer in storage area: -20C.
-No dented cans were found.
-Thermometers available and working for all cold-holding units.
-Staff washroom is equipped with handsink with hot & cold running water, liquid handsoap, and single-use paper towels.
-Items were stored 6 inches off the floor in front shopping area. Keep boxes off the floor in the back storage area as well as some were on the ground.
-No signs of pests were observed.
-Ensure routine cleaning is being done to prevent pests.
