Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted a bucket of bubble waffle batter was left out at room temperature. The temperature of the batter was @ 15oC. Taken out from the cooler less than 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Directed to move the bucket back into the working cooler @ 4oC or less. Take out only the amount (a pitcher) that will be used up within 2 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water bucket contained @ 100ppm Cl. However, no cloths were present in the bucket. Noted the used cloths on the countertops.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all used wiping cloths to be put back into the bleach water bucket to prevent bacterial growth on the surface of cloths.
