Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CG3RVT.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CG3RVT have been corrected:
-Front under counter cooler in the servicing area, stand-up cooler in the kitchen area next to the dishwasher, kitchen handwashing basin nearest the front kitchen entrance have been serviced. Front under counter cooler and stand-up cooler measured at 4C.
-Improvement in sanitation and controlling of rodent activity observed underneath, around, and/or on front dry storage area, dry storage area in the back kitchen shelving units, workstations next to the stand-up cooler, hot water tank area, back preparation area/storage area in the kitchen.
-External Pest Control Company, Surrey Pest Control, contracted out bi-monthly. Last report July 8, 2022 indicated 3 dead mice was trapped, reset of traps and glue traps set. Continue to contract pest control company bi-weekly. Ensure invoice is available upon Health Inspector request.
-Exhaust hood vent observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Can opener blade in sanitary condition.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks are observed to be unobstructed.

NOTE: Ensure to clean and sanitize the premises daily to control rodent activity. Correction Order still in effect until 2 routine inspections noted that rodent activity is controlled. Continue to contract pest control company bi-weekly until Health Inspector recinds the Correction Order issued in report#JCHY-CG3RVT.
