- Handsink and kitchen sink have hot and cold water, liquid soap, and papertowels to facilitate proper handwashing practices.
- Coolers are operating at acceptable temperatures (≤4C) and freezers are maintaining product in a frozen state:
- Kitchen Fridge/ Freezer: 2C/ -16C
- Dining Room Beverage Cooler: 4C
- Storage Room Fridge/ Freezer: 4C/ -11C
- Storage Room Cooler: 2C
- Storage Room Upright Freezer: -14C
- Storage Room Chest Freezer: -18C
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Storage is organized, food is protected from contamination.
- 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer available for sanitizing food contact surfaces (Keystone Redi San RTU Hard Surface Sanitizer).
- Nexus Model N900 M1 Commercial Dishwasher (NSF Certified) was installed recently. 75.0C at dish surface; Minimum Wash and Rinse Temperatures reached per unit data plate.
- General sanitation of kitchen and storage room appears satisfactory.
- No pest activity noted at time of inspection. Regular pest control services provided by a Pest Control Company.
- FOODSAFE requirements satisfied at time of inspection.

**Accel Prevention (Hydrogen Peroxide 0.5%) available for use. Reviewed purpose and usage with staff. Per manufacturer's instructions, not suitable to use as a "no rinse" food contact surface sanitizer. No objections for use on common area hard surfaces.**

**Update Sanitation Plan to reflect the following:
- Keystone Redi San RTU Hard Surface Sanitizer (200 ppm QUATS) used for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher:
- Wash Temperature: 150F (66C)
- Rinse Temperature: 180F (82C)
- Plate Surface (using a Min/ Max Thermometer): 160F (71C)
- Accel Prevention (Hydrogen Peroxide 0.5%) - Per manufacturer's instructions.

Note: Facility has a 10 bed capacity. Clients prepare meals on rotation for each other. Meal preparation is always under the supervision of staff on duty.
