- Operator unable to get dishwasher fixed. All dishes are to be washed using manual method.
1) Wash dishes in warm soapy water.
2) Rinse dishes with warm water.
3) Soak for 2 minutes in chlorine sanitizer at 100 ppm residual. Use test strips to confirm.
4) Allow to air dry.
Use disposable dishware and cutlery until it is repaired.
