- Follow up inspection conducted:
- Front cooler (prep) is measured at 2-3 C.
- Sanitizer dispenser is not working. Operator said that the dispenser will be removed. Food contact surface sanitizer will be prepared manually using bleach solution.
Prepare 100ppm chlorine residual solution by mixing one half teaspoon( 2.5mL) of bleach in one litre of water or one tablespoon bleach on one gallon of water to make 100ppm solution. Check the solution using test strips. Change solution on regular basis or as needed.
- Solution prepared at the time of inspection is measured at 100ppm chlorine.
