General sanitation - satisfactory. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Three-compartment sink was set up for manual ware-washing; 200 ppm Quat detected in sanitizing sink. Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition, scoop properly stored in separate container. All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions. Dipper well in use - scoops are stored safely at the time of inspection. All coolers at or below 4.0 C. Freezers at or below -18.0 C. Food storage practices good (food covered and off the floor). Thermometers for cold units - available. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Washroom - clean; supplied with hot and cold running water; liquid soap and paper towel. Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm in buckets for storing wiping cloths.
