Grease trap lids are cleaned - include grease trap lids as a part of routine cleaning going forward. Salad mixing bowls and tongs are replaced every hour. Knives were stored in sanitary condition. Small amount of cluster was observed in the back storage area (e.g., empty plastic crates) - organize this area to provide all items >15cm off the floor. \ No concerns with the follow up inspection overall.
