Follow up inspection to MTRG-AY7RMR. The following has been corrected on or before this inspection: - Staff informed that service tech serviced display cooler and has automated the settings. Ambient temperature of cooler at 6.7C, continue to monitor - Chlorine spray sanitizer available in spray bottle during time of inspection, concentration at 200ppm - Glass display cooler holding ice cream cakes requires cleaning - Backsplash of cake decorating area required cleaning, slight build up on icing - General cleaning on facility has been done - Operator informed that staff will be enrolled foodsafe
