Inspection report: 259802
Met with Jordan, kitchen manager, and Pavel - discussed the following:
- no changes on the food menu/ or FS plan
- both food staff - are FS certified
- daily temp logs - up to date
- bleach used as approved sanitizer/ in the spray bottle measured at 200ppm
- low temp dishwasher - supplied at the final rinse with bleach at 100ppm
- last week - vets are cleaned
- Max number of residents is 50
- hot holding unit not in service at the time of inspection
- dry storage area very well organized and maintained

Recommendation: please have a certified pest control to provide service around the food storage and the food prep area.
