Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 1. No paper towel is present at kitchen handsink by cooking line.
2. Recycling bin which should be placed under dishwashing counter is placed right in front of handsink by kitchen entrance.
Correction: All handwashing stations must be equipped with proper amenities for proper handwashing to occur, and must be unobstructed.
Comments

The following items have been observed:
-->No food observed storing at room temperature.
-->Handwashing stations are accessible, with liquid handsoap and paper towel in dispensers present.
-->Health permit is posted
-->Products are stored at least 6 inches above ground.
-->No open bags of dry goods on shelving rack observed.
-->Ice in ice bin is for customers beverages, no bottle observed storing in ice.
-->Ceiling tile above corner of shelving rack is in place.
-->Domestic deep fryer has been removed from facility.
-->Chlorine and Quats test strips are available to test sanitizer concentration.
-->Glasswasher at the front has at least 50ppm chlorine addressed.

Note:
Reusable glass bottles for water should be washed in an upright position, not horizontal position. Dishwaser at the back may be a better option to wash these bottles than the glass washers.
