Corrective Action(s): All single use items removed from original protective packaging are to be discarded throughout concession storage cabinets.

Observation: Mouse dropping observed in the following areas: dry storage room - floor, corners and under shelving, receiving corridors / stair wells - floor, corners, concession - shelving under condiment station and concession floor under all steel storage cabinets.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.
Pest control services are to improve to identify potential rodent harborage locations, potential entry points and sanitation issues contributing to pest activity upon each site inspection.
Door sweeps in dry storage room and service corridor doors are to be replaced to exclude entry of pests.
Service corridor door ways are to kept closed.
