Follow-up Inspection: - No open bags of flour found during inspection. - Pest proof containers with lids available for any excess dry storage items. - All food containers covered in coolers and freezers. - General cleanliness and sanitation has improved significantly, especially in the following areas: Floor in entire facility Behind chest freezer Hard to reach areas Underneath and behind all equipment - Door of walk-in cooler has been replaced. New door has new door seal to maintain temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or below (current temperature of walk-in cooler = 3.1 degrees Celsius). - Light fixture above chest freezer has a shatter-proof cover. Keep up with this level of sanitation - good improvement!
