Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in last compartment of warewashing sinks 0ppm. Staff member changed at time of inspection and verified 200ppm sanitizer concentration of new sanitizer with test strips available on site.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is changed as needed to maintain minimum 200ppm concentration. If warewashing has been completed, the used sanitizer should be drained.
