Follow up inspection conducted. Corrected actions completed:
- Walk-in cooler was organized with raw meat products and raw eggs were stored beneath ready to eat items and produce
- Areas where mouse droppings were observed have been cleaned and disinfected. No additional mouse droppings noted.
- Most recent pest control report (31-May-2023) provided by Operator. Report indicates no rodent captures. Ensure recommendations from pest control technician are followed.
- Floor under line cooler (upper level) and edges of floor in storage room have been cleaned. Ensure hard to reach areas are cleaned regularly to prevent any accumulation of grime or debris.
- Managers (2) have completed Foodsafe level 1 since previous inspection. Viewed confirmation of completion.
- Larger hot holding unit has been obtained to ensure hot held meats are kept above 60C. Ensure hot holding temperature is checked. Note: no hot holding was occurring at time of the inspection.
