General sanitation - good. Walk-in coolers at 3.2 C. Display cooler/front at 3.8 C. Chest domestic freezers at - 23.0 C. Thermometers for cold units - available. Two-compartment sink - satisfactory. Bleach sanitizer - available. Note: Surface sanitizer (Quat at 200 ppm Bleach solution at 100 ppm) must be available all the time. The kitchen handwashing sink supplied with cold/hot running water; liquid soap and paper towel. Note: Paper towel in the staff washroom must be available all the time. Dry storage - satisfactory. No signs of pest activity. Note: Observed very small amount of food on site. Friendly reminder: 1.It is not the best practice to use news paper to cover shelves (front display case); Please remove it.
