Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some of the sanitizer buckets did not have adequate sanitizer in them.
Corrective Action(s): Refresh sanitizer buckets every 2 hours or more often if needed. Use a time stamp as a guide.

Observation: Mice droppings noted in the dry storage room. Dead mice noted in the bait station by the side door. Ecolab is on contract.
Corrective Action(s): Clean droppings when you see them. Continue with the pest control contract. If activity increases, increase the frequency of service.

Observation: Some of the water pitchers were observed to have cracks along the inside wall.
Corrective Action(s): Replace these pitchers. Do not keep them onsite.

Observation: 1)The "knee pedal" at the handsink closest to the dishwasher is difficult to press down. The handsink on the NE end is draining very slowly and the water at this handsink is too hot.

2) The dump sink at the bar does not have any running water.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Get these issues addressed.
2) Fix the issue with the sink and ensure that its operational.
