- General sanitation is maintained in good condition. - Handwash sinks fully equipped. - Walk-in cooler at 0C. - Walk-in freezer at -20C. - Display coolers at 4C or below. - Pan washer reached 71C or above during the final rinsing cycle. - Quats sanitizer in bucket and in 3 compartment sink measured at 200ppm. - No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. **Bakery renovation planned - pending on approval from the city. No processing should occur during construction and ensure all food items are covered to be protected from contamination. Confirmed with the General Manager that extra oven will be installed and all equipment will be kept; only the layout is changed. Floors, walls and ceiling to be re-done.
