Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Prep cooler observed to be maintained at 6C. Operator reports all ingredients were prepared within 1 hour.
Corrective Action(s): Operator adjusted the prep cooler to 3C. Temperature observed to be at 3C at the end of inspection. Ensure all coolers are 4C or lower at all times.

- 3 compartment sink equipped with sink plug, operator was able to communicate proper dishware washing practices.
- Slices donair meats are gone through secondary cooking step at the grill beside the bbq machine and kept hot above 60C in the hot holding unit

- Food kept at least 6 inch from floor level
- Raw meat from approved sources
