Observation: Bottom shelves of front display area has dry food items (chips, noodles, etc.) on lower shelves in cardboard packaging. This area is not pest proofed. Either seal the exterior "room" or move all bagged food items to more suitable location (up on higher shelves, into dry storage locker at night, etc.)

COMMENTS
- Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition
- No evidence of pests
- Pest control program in place - Reports state Pest technician has not observed signs of pests in recent inspections
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine
- Three compartment sink method in use and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- One functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- Receipts available for inspection
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Meat slicer, band saw, grinder and other equipment in excellent sanitary condition
- All containers used to store lids/utensils/etc. in good sanitary condition
