Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # AJON-CBPUCX of Feb-16-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: No paper towels available at hand washing station near espresso machine/before entering back area. Operator informed that the batteries for the automatic dispenser need to be replaced. Correction: Place paper towels at the hand washing station until the batteries for the dispenser are not replaced. Replace batteries for the paper towel dispenser and ensure paper towel roll is available in the dispenser. Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # AJON-CBPUCX of Feb-16-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Lip of ice machine has mildew growth. Correction: Discard current ice in machine and in ice well. Clean and sanitize inside of ice machine as per the manufacturer's instructions.
