Observation: Renovations done to restaurant without health approval. Kitchen expanded into half of the dining room with line cooler, standup cooler and hot holding unit moved into the new area. Menu now limited to one item, Korean rice bowls.
Corrective Action(s): Plans must be submitted for review before any changes to restaurant are made. Submit drawings of current restaurant layout. Due: November 1st.
