Observation: * In bar area the stir sticks and bottle openers were again being stored together in one container and this is unsanitary practise; also, drinks and cell phone were found in food prep area and this is also unsanitary and can lead to cross contamination
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all stir sticks/spoons, etc., are stored separately from bottle openers etc., to reduce risk of cross contamination; also, ensure personal drinks and cell phones NOT stored in food prep areas as this is unsanitary

Observation: * Some build up of grime/debris found still in some areas(eg. some baseboards cooking area, underneath some cooking areas(eg. broiler/saute station, legs, wheels, etc). Also, dishwashing area and bar need some cleaning, etc
Corrective Action(s): * Finish all cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and bar areas and maintain in sanitary condition
