Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (- During time of inspection, dishwasher was not reaching temp.
-Temperature measured fromm 60C - 70C.
- Staff on-site informed that dishwasher was turned on when Environmental Health Officer arrived for inspection
- No warewashing will take place until evening time (6pm).
- Service techician was called service will be done by 4pm. )
Comments

Follow up inspection to MTRG-B2YPK8.
- During time of inspection, service technicians were on-site.
- Technicians informed that drop in temperature likely due to a pressure issue.
- If temperature drop is not resolved, a hypochlorite line will added temporarily (dishwasher will be using a chemical sanitizer instead of hot water to sanitize) until high temperature dishwasher can function properly.
- During time of inspection, it was observed that facility did not require to ware-washing yet. Dishwasher (be it high temp or chemical) will be functional for later in the evening.
