Follow-up to inspection conducted on Mar 27, 2023

- General sanitation has improved. Continue to clean regularly.
- Meat saw cleaned and sanitized. Ensure this is done regularly - At least every 4 hours or after each use.
- Liquid soap pump ordered for the front hand washing station. Use back hand washing station until liquid soap is available.
- Staff belongings stored away from food prep areas.
