Follow-up inspection to Sept 20, 2021. Health application form completed. Certificate of Incorporation and list of Directors provided. Health application fee of $87.50 (Sept 2021 to March 31, 2022) Provided - Royal Bank of Canada Cheque 000009. FOODSAFE Level1 Certificates provided. Keep copies of FOODSAFE Level 1 certificates on-site or have staff keep digital copies on their phones. Food safety and sanitation plans provided. Minor changes completed to floor plans stamped August 14, 2020. No health concerns with changes. Cooked patties will no longer be hot held-cooked to order. Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner. Blender containers sanitized with 200ppm Quats after each use. Facility is given Health Approval to operate. Note: This approval does not exempt you from approvals from other local agencies. Prior to completing any structural or operational changes to the facility, contact the Health Department for approvals.
