Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The water temperature at the Deli hand washing sink was adjusted during the inspection since it was too hot.
Coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
Staff were wearing hair nets.
Discussed how the rotisserie chicken is checked. Probe thermometer on site, staff stated that it is calibrated daily.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
