Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Solution in the sanitizing spray bottle apeared to be foamy. Staff stated soap was mixed with bleach in the bottle. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): DO NOT mix bleach with soap. Discard and refill the sanitizing spray bottle with 200 ppm chlorine solution. Use the newly made sanitizer to clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces before using them.

Follow-up inspection:
Multiple outstanding violation not corrected from the previous routine inspection:
1. Soap pop gun stored with the ice in the front bar area.
2. Kitchen not maintained in a sanitary condition. Dust and food debris observed on the shelving units and floor.
3. Temperature logs not maintained on a daily schedule.
4. Sanitizing spray bottle not labeled.

Refer to the previous routine inspection for corrective action required.
Enforcement actions such as Public Health ORDER and/or violation tickets will be taken if the above violations are not corrected before next inspection.
