Observation: Open bag of sugar, open bag of flour noted in dry storage area. Some sugar noted on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination. All open bags or containers must be poured / relocated into a container that is pest proof and has a sealing lid.
This will protect the food from pests or other contaminants and prevent spills and messes.
Ensure all messes/spills are cleaned up thoroughly to prevent attracting pests.

Observation: Fruit rack (soft plastic) bending under the weight of the fruit stacked on top.

High temp dishwasher: 72 C at plate; reviewed with staff that the temperature gauge should be monitored to ensure it is over 182F at rinse temperature
Demonstrated to operator use of chlorine test strips (1 tsp bleach to 1 litre water)
Adequate food storage and pantry space

No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection - exterior only pest control service provided, no concerns inside at this time.
