Corrective Action(s): Install paper towel dispenser immediately so that staff can get single sheets of paper towels without having to touch the entire roll and getting the whole roll wet.

-Hot dog roller grill at 77 deg C
-Hot holding unit with pizzas, meatballs, corn dogs, and chicken wings is being hot held at 50 deg C; all food items are discarded within 2 hours (pizzas are discarded after 1 hour). The machine is equipped with a timer alarm that sounds when the one hour and two hour time limits have been reached, which signals the employees to discard the foods.
