Observation:
Mice droppings found in large pot storage room (by laundry machines).
Kitchen person-in-charge also informed facility had a mice issue in the past, but has since been under control.
Corrective Action(s):
Clean mice droppings in large pot storage room.
Ensure to keep up with the pest control and monitor for any further mice activity. Follow all recommendations made by the pest control company.

Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers (walk-in and stand-up) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Freezers (both stand-ups) maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding in service area maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
2-compartment sink equipped with hot/cold running water.
Facility keeps limited food in all storage areas to prevent overstock.
Foods stored at least 6 inches (15 cm) off the floor.
Open bulk foods stored in pest proof containers/storage with lids.
Unopened flour and spices stored in cupboards.
General equipment/pots storage satisfactory.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 77.9 degrees Celsius at the dish level after the final rinse cycle.
