Observation: A number of past dated potentially hazardous food products were found in the sliding door cooler including a jug of milk with expiry date of November3rd, 2017.
Corrective Action(s): All expired or outdated perishable items must be discarded immediately. Ensure to check all items in the cooler.

Observation: Rat droppings noticed in the kitchen and food storage areas. Pictures taken.
Corrective Action(s): Hire a licensed pest control company for rodent monitoring and control immediatley. Remove all rodent droppings followed by through cleaning and sanitizign of floor, equipment and food contact surfaces (Immediately).

Observation: Excessiive clutter including old cloths in garbage bags, empty beverage bottles and debris noticed throughout the concession.
Equipment, sinks and floor found to be in poor sanitaty condition.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all clutter and items not required for food premises operation. All food items and utensils must be stored at leats 6 inches off the floor. Remove all empty beverage cans, bottels and canola oil buckets.(Immediately)

* The operator has not paid the outstanding health operating permit fee despite repeated reminders by email.
A sign was observed in the concession indicating the sale of beer/cider from the premises. Township of Langley parks department
was notified to check if the establishment has a liquor license to serve beer and cider etc.
A Closure Order was issued to the establishment.
