Routine inspection: warehouse for importing and distribution of prepackaged food products. No repackaging done at premise. Walk in freezer (old) at -16 degrees C. Walk in freezer (new) at -17 degrees C. All food products stored off the ground. Reminder to close loading bay door after shipments are received or go out for delivery. Pest control services in place. Twice weekly service. Reminder to follow recommendations of pest control technician on: - sealing all holes/gaps around warehouse perimeter. - ensure proper seal for all doors. - *repair damaged walls behind shelving units, these damaged areas allow pest harbourage.
