Routine inspection:
- Stand-up and prep coolers at 4C or less.
- Stand-up freezer at -18C.
- Hot food hot held above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available at the 3 compartment sink.
- 3 compartment sink set up for manual dishwashing.
- High temperature dishwasher not in use. Final rinse temperature at 72C. If operator wants to remove the dishwasher from the premise, an updated floor plan must be submitted to the Environmental Health Officer for approval first.
- Food stored off the ground.
- Vegetable slicer maintained in sanitary condition.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
