Paper inspection report #JKWK-CUXP2Y. Follow up inspection: New high temp. dishwasher installed. Dishwasher final rinse at 46.8C [at] the plate. 71C at the plate required. Adjustment needed. Rinse cycle takes 15 minutes. Dishwasher needs to be NSF approved and commercial grade. In the mean time, continue using 3 compartment manual sanitizing with 200 ppm chlorine solution.
