Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No liquid soap was avaialble at the handwash sink. Staff placed a new bottle of liquid soap during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): To conduct proper handwashing, please ensure that all handwash sink are stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Stainless steel freezer at -18C
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 75.8C on dish level during rinse cycle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink available.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Jan 11, 2025)
- No signs of pest activity observed.
