Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris observed on the guard of the meat slicer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff have been trained on how to properly clean and sanitize the slicer. Ensure staff have access to a flashlight to verify cleaning.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station was observed to be block by a cart. This was relocated at time of inspection to allow access to the hand sink. Paper towel dispenser was empty at the hand sink. This was refilled at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Hand wash station must be accessible at all times.

Observation: Heating element on right side of hot holding case observed to be not working. Food that on the on the right side had only been there for a short time and was relocated to the middle and left side of the unit.
Corrective Action(s): Repair element. Staff are aware not to place food on the right side until repaired. Update monitoring log to temp left, middle, and right side of the hot holding unit.
