A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-C6NUE7 and the following observation were made: - Pepsi cooler no longer in use - Operator contacted pepsi company for servicing but have not received service yet, Operator reports they do not plan to use cooler until Pepsi Company has serviced it - Please provide EHO with evidence of staff members acquiring FoodSafe certification
