STAFFING: 12150 - CCLR s.19(4)(b) - A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility as (b) a responsible adult unless the person has the qualifications required under Division 2 [Employee Qualifications].
Observation: Based on the Employee Documentation File System Licensing could not determine if 2 of the Staff meet the 20 hour professional development requireent for a responsible adult
Corrective Action(s): Responsible Adult must meet all of the requirement including the 20 hour professional development

RECORDS AND REPORTING: 19090 - CCLR s.57(2)(c) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
Observation: Review of the sign in does not match the amount of children observed in attendance. Licensing was informed staff person does not sign in each child if they are sibling.
Corrective Action(s): Records must be accurate to reflect how many children are in attendance, this information is important in event of an evacuation.
