Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
2-compartment sink available. Stock bleach available on-site.
Walk-in cooler, display cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and chest freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition.
Ready-to-eat sandwiches/wraps observed to be within best before date.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Bleach dilution is 1tsp to 1L water.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
