Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): > 500 ppm QUAT detected in the sanitizer spray bottle during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Issue corrected at the time of inspection. Operator diluted the QUAT sanitizer solution. 400 ppm QUAT was detected from the newly diluted spray bottle during the inspection.
Please attain QUAT test strips QT-40 to allow the concentration to be tested before use. As per the manufactuer's instruction for the QUAT solution used at this facility, there must be 200 - 400 ppm QUAT detected before use.

Observation: Bowls used as dispensers and stored within bulk sugar and flour containers.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the bowls and use proper dispensers with handles for dispensing food out of the bulk food containers. The handles must not touch the food or the dispensers should be stored outside the bulk food containers.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including restroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigerator units were at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were at ≤ -18C.
Food stored in the proper hierarchy and protected.
Rice was noted at 60C in the rice cooker hot holder.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 71C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
General cleanliness noted satisfactory.
Cleanliness of the interior of the ice machine and fume hood noted satisfactory.
No signs of pest activities during the inspection.
Operator's (on-site at the time of inspection) FOODSAFE level 1 certificate verified - expired Feb 18, 2025.
