- Hand wash stations had hot/cold water paper towel, and hand soap available *ensure hand soaps are routinely refilled*
- All coolers were recorded at 4C or lower
- All freezers were recorded at -18C or lower
- Fruit/Vegetable display was 4C or less
- Bleach available to use as sanitizer for food contact surfaces and for dishwashing *ensure bleach spray bottles are routinely refilled*
- Pest control (traps) were observed
- General sanitation of facility was good
- All meat products are sealed and sold packaged, no meat processing occurs on-site
- COVID-19 Protocols in place
