Observation: - Numerous flies noted near floor drain adjacent to espresso machine in front service area. Moisture and debris noted on floor in this area.
Corrective Action(s): - Contact Pest Control Technician to provide service for flies. Thoroughly clean up floor removing all moisture and debris as per code 306.

Observation: - Accumulation of food debris, moisture, dirt and miscellaneous items noted on the floor in hard to reach areas (under equipment), between cabinets and equipment).
- Accumulation of food debris noted under countertop shelving unit adjacent to ovens and under espresso machine
Corrective Action(s): - Remove all moveable items from the floor and thoroughly clean the entire floor area to remove all dirt, moisture and debris. Keep floor clear to facilitate cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize all counters paying particular attention to areas under equipment where debris collects.
- A significant improvement in sanitation is needed throughout the premises. This has been a repeat issue.

- Handsinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Staff/public washrooms supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and air dryers.
- All coolers at 4C or colder. Coolers equipped with thermometers
- Freezers operational and maintaining product in a frozen state
- High temperature dishwasher operational and met sanitizing temperature required. Final rinse was 75.9C at dish surface
- Quats sanitizer solution present at warewashing sinks and in bucket/container for wiping cloths. Concentration measured 200ppm.
