A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -22C or colder; and thermometers present. - General sanitation level is good. - No bulk, self-serve candy available. This was removed due to the pandemic. - No signs of pests. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - Non-foods (pet food, stationary, toiletries, etc.) are stored separate from food items. - Percolated coffee for sale. Public dispense themselves in disposable cups. Individual creamers offered and stored in cooler. - All in order. REMINDERS 1) Do not store food directly on the floor. Put all foods on shelves or platforms that are 6" high, or a broom can get under the shelves, to allow cleaning. 2) Repackaging of bulk candy must be done in the store, not in your home. We do not approve/inspect your home.
